This is a representation of both the bond between his partner and the existence of his demon self. While becoming accustomed to his new life in the military, he has also begun to trust more in his partner, knowing very well that whenever he would be in need, Bat would be there to help him out unconditionally. However, the reflection of his demon form in the tar-like shadows he wields, also serves them both as a constant reminder of his wild, and still untamed demon nature and abilities.


For Vesper's second Rookie assignment. Needed to get this done quickly since its due today, so there's bound to be some mistakes lol.
